Project Partnership

The BSR-QUICK partnership has been established so as to reflect both – geographic and functional
diversity of the project objectives. Individual SMEs can hardly benefit from the innovation and
R&D processes because those require significant resources. Therefore cooperation based
structured and coordinated approach is required. In the framework of QUICK a triple helix
partnership is established involving 25 SME promoters (chambers and associations), 9
universities and 5 decision makers and public administrations from all BSR countries. SME
promoters are direct representatives of the SMEs, universities offer R&D services and public
sector sets the framework for the processes.
